How do I unsubscribe from a user?

I somehow subscribed to a user on here and every time that person posts something I get an email. It's averaging about 5-10 emails a day for the last year or more. I put in a site support ticket and never got a reply. Can anyone help me. It's driving me nuts. I spent the last 20 minutes trying to figure out a way to "unsubscribe" from a user's posts.

Thanks in advance!

Click on "User CP" in the Blue bar up on top, over on the Left side. Under "Settings & Options" you'll see "Edit Options". Click on that, then scroll down a little bit to "Buddy Post Notification". Select "no", then scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".

Yeah it's not working. I even tried to block the person and it's not working. I am still getting emails. I even tried to email support well over a month ago and they never got back to me.

That's odd. Have you tried changing your default thread subscription mode to "no email notification"? If you do that your subscribed threads should only show up in your user cp...

Same here.I have"no emails" in my subscribed threads box and I am still getting emails showing where I posted to threads. I guess this thread should go to the users forum ?

Both of you guys have subscriptions on, I just leave them off and visit often to avoid the deluge of e-mails. I get enough from reported posts already.

I have subscriptions to threads, but I am getting emails from ford-trucks.com that "user name" has posted here or there and I don't care where they are posting. It's driving me nuts. I get so many emails everyday. It's turning into spam. I don't want to block ford-trucks.com but I just might to have them stop emailing me!

Ok I am a total DUMB ***!

I have two user names and realized that just now. Two different user names under two different emails! FML. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I feel so stupid....
