Jumped Timing?

Jumped Timing?
I have a 1968 ford f-100 302, My question is that i suspect it has jumped time? What it does is the engine Really vibrates and does not idle! It has several miles on it and previous owner DID NOT take care of it @ all.... One motor mount is broke, other one is missing mounting pad bolt (fixed the bolt problem) and they CUT the transmission crossmember and did not mount it back into place. Please help!!!!!!!!!
