Front piece under the grille

Front piece under the grille

Does anyone know how to fix this piece. I've tried to get it off to replace it but it doesn't seem to want to come off. I have also tried putting a nut and bolt in there and gorilla epoxy. I let the epoxy dry for like 3 hours and I drove around the block and it broke again.
Help please

theres 2 bolts in each corner that go thru wheel well to get and one on each side of the headlights behide the grill and 2 or 3 plastic push pins in the black plastic on the bottom to the fenders
