Tire size
I am getting a 2011 F250 crew cab with 18" wheels. I am thinking about replacing them with a bigger size. How and or will that affect the way the truck rides, the mpg, and towing. I like the higher stance but don't want to sacrifice a lot of gas just for the look. I am getting the 6.2. Also, anyone know what the biggest size I can go and still get a full turn without rubbing?

Generally, on stock wheels your local tire stores won't mount anything wider than a 285 tire. Some may go to a 305.
Any wider or taller tire will give you worse fuel mileage, due to increased wind and/or rolling resistance.

I agree with this. Also if you go bigger your speedo and mileage will be off. So in order to fix that you either need to go to ford or buy a hand held tuner and adjust it your self.
