Rattling passenger door

Supercabs sure are noisier. Especially in the winter.
I would pull the door panels, and tighten all of the regulator and window channel bolts. Check inside and out of the door for anything else that possibly came loose. Door handle, latch etc. Simple job. I did find the lower 10mm regulator bolt loose on my previous truck.

I've noticed that during the winter months that cinders and road trash tends to hinder the bottom locking mech. on the sc rear doors. Therefore the door don't close as tight.
I personally tried to take the lock out and clean it up, but it still ends up doing it again.
Try to spray some good cleaner or lube into the latch and work it alot, this may help your prob.
If the back door don't latch all the way then the front door will rattle.

I have tubing added inside the door seals where the door latches are. Tubing was added without removing the entire door seal. There is about an 8 inch piece of tubing put inside the door seal where the latches are. It provides just enough extra material to have the door shut tight and make the rattling go away. Sometimes now I need to rotate the tubing because it is a little squished on 2 sides but it really made a difference.
