My 1965 f100 flare has only one sun visor. It works fine for ME, but my better half complains that she feels like a laborer sitting in the passenger seat without a sun visor. I keep telling her if she were a laborer she would be ridin' in the back but she still wants a sun visor. My neighbor gave me two sun visors, all the screws and the keepers with rubber tips from his long-gone 65 style (nice of him, but they need re-covered). My question? I noticed that inside the cab there are template marks where the screws for the visor and the keeper go, and a triangular shape where the visor mounts. Can I just carefully punch out the triangle of metal and drill out the holes for the screws, or am I faced with a more difficult task? Any advice?

Pre drill the holes for the screws and tap on one side of the knock out with a screw driver. once a gap appears grab it with pliers and work it the rest of the way out. Don't drop it in the a post as it will rattle and annoy the crap out of you.
Thanks Garbaz2 and everyone else for the advice. Also, I suppose I should offer an apology to the wife, but perhaps a sun visor on her side of the truck will do (not!).
