no start

will not start,check engine light does not come on at all and power to fuel just blinks one time instead of staying on for a few seconds when turning the switch on

Test your ASD relay to make sure it's passing power out to the ECM.

If it cranks but won’t start, it may be a fuel issue. My truck had the same problem and I ended up replacing the fuel pump which solved the problem. I would check the fuel pressure, if there is nothing then check the fuel pump reset switch in the passenger side kickpannel. Also check the fuel pump relay to see if that is operating correctly. The two main causes for not having fuel pressure is a bad fuel pump or the connection to the fuel pump is not secure, thus not giving power to the fuel pump. Like I said fuel may not be the problem, but if it is this is what I would do to try to find what’s wrong.

Just a SWAG, but did you check the ECM fuse?

all fuses and pcm relay has been checked , power coming out of feul relay is only on a quick blink then goes out,the only thing i can find is #21 fuse under dash has no power on either side.
