07 powerstroke problem
hey guys heres the deal,
my 07 powerstroke just out of the blue started bucking and kicking while going up an upgrade. the turbo psi gauge keeps jumping and there is a weird sound coming from the engine compartment. on my way back to the house it just got worse. on a hill i hit at 85 i made it to the top at 45. big rigs were passing me. it was imbarrissing. i have no mods and only 127300 miles on it. it does get ran hard but dang. last oil change bout 2000 miles ago. what could be the deal???

HA HA HA.....
What kind of noises? Pull the intake off the turbo and check the shaft for play, up and down, left and right and in and out. ALL GOOD? Well, pull your EGR valve and take a look at it. Plugged up is it? NO? Get codes and look for boost leaks. Stuck turbo, EGR valve, smoking? If smoking, what color and when. Im guessing bad turbo or needs to be disassembled and cleaned. Hope not! Close to Cheezit??? He can tell you whats up.
