I'm doing brakes on my 150 and I'm having issues with getting the Mile Marker manual locking hubs off so that I can get to the rotor. The first picture is of what is still on the hub, the second is what I have taken off so far, I did this once before and for the life of me I can't remember what do to from here.
It looks like the gear that is on the spindle needs to come off then I can remove the housing and then the nut and bearing but it won't budge. I can't see anymore snap rings or anything holding it in place. I tried to pull it off but nothing happens. The last time I did this I don't remember it being this hard to do, it seamed like everything just came off nice and easy. PLEASE HELP!!!!
Spray it with penetrating oil, then just grab it by one of the screw holes with a pair of needle nose pliers and it should just slide out since you have already take out the snap ring and retaining ring.
well you got the large outter ring out and it looks like you got the one thats on the end of the stub shaft correct? the hub jut want pull out??
if thats the case screw 2 of the screws back in the hub and pull out if that doesnt get it tap the outter part of the hub with a hammer and try to pull again there shouldnt be anythang else holding it in aslong as you got both snap rings off
