I am embarrassed to say, she wasn't incoherent. I understood almost all of what she said. That just sounds like Valley Girl to me. Is Temecula a valley?

I'll bet she will be watching the results of the case involving the texting girl in the fountain, closely.

I think she named the mall, which is where she works, BTW. They are trying to identify who was individually responsible for publishing the video. She also complained that they didn't offer any assistance.

I think she probably has a case, because survelliance video is not normally made public. It may not be considered privileged private material, but it was clearly released with the intent of mocking her. Of course, as Steve said before, no one would have known her identity if she hadn't filed suit.
