need some help/tips

so im still working on my missfire on 2/3 i was wondering what all can cause a missfire? anything would help

firing order is 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8. If you have misfire on3 and 2... you might look at #7 instead. Sometimes its possible to get a lead- lag misfire.?????
