Chrome package mirror caps
I don't have the chrome package but found the part number for the chrome pieces. My question is are they just pieces that 3m tape over the standard mirror, or is the hole mirror differenct on the chrome package?

Thats what I was afraid of. Might have to go with aftermarket to be easier. Didn't want the chrome package when I ordered but now kinda like it. Mainly because I didn't see spending the 900 extra when I am going to take off the step bars anyways and you don't get the chrome hooks in the bed with the liner. I do like the chrome exhaust tip better, but figured I'll just use the money to buy a banks exhaust.
I plan on putting on my stainless boards off my 04 and upgrading to eagle alloy 098 wheels in chrome so think the chrome mirrors would flow nicely.

It's not hard to change them. It just takes a screwdriver to release the clips inside the mirror housing and they pop right off. I had to chrome package on my KR and as soon as I got the truck took the chrome caps off and put on the body color one's because I like them much better, my .02!
