SCrew Bed Length

Okay, so I'm thinking about waiting until '04 to get a new truck, mainly b/c the 150 SCrew is going to (allegedly) have a 6 1/2' bed. Now I read the press release on this site, which said that the longer bed would be an option. Ford's website, however, when reading the specs on the new model, only talks about the 5 1/2' bed. It does, however, give specs for an 8' bed option for the other two cab choices. Anyone know what's going to be offered next year?

Not sure but I think the crew will only get the 5.5.

I read in March/April '03 issue of Truck Trend that there will be 3 length choices in the S/C model... 5.5, 6.5 and 8.0. It said all cab sizes will be available with all 3 box lengths.

SCrew Bed Length

I'm confused on that issue too. I really want the supercrew option, but I refuse to get the 5-1/2' bed. That has me leaning towards the super duty. But, I would rather have the new body style F-150?? Also, will the new 5.4 be put in the super duty?
