what are the rocker arm stud size on a 89 e7te head on a f150

The E7TE heads don't have stud mount rockers. Those went away in about '78 on all Ford small blocks. They've been equipped with bolt-down pedestal style rockers ever since. The bolts are 5/16".

It doesn't use studs, it use 5/16" bolts to attach the rocker arms.
