Thanks guys! I just got it a couple weeks ago and just replaced the brakes. Now I'm doing all the weatherstripping in the doors.
.
The interior is pretty nice. I would like to replace the door panels since I have them off but I can't find any with the woodgrain. The wheels are 15x12" the tires are 35/15.50. I'm still trying to figure out if a F100/150 tailgate would work?
Yes it's a Creative Products half cab, and don't worry its a .060 over 460 Ford!

Looks good with the tailweb and all that diamond plate. But I think it would be cooler with a regular gate. I have seen so few Bronco's done like that. What I like is when I come up from behind and it looks like a pickup, but theres something wrong. Then you a glimpse of the side and WOW, its a Bronc. If you cant fit a F150 gate, maybe you could get a Bronco gate and cover the window slot with diamond plate. Nice truck any way you look at it.

At the very least, striker bolt location will be an issue. The Bronco tailgate is a thicker unit (houses the glass and window motor/regulator) and the bolts are set deeper into the jamb than on the trucks.

the stricker bolt and pikup latches are differant also... if i was doing it id find a partly dismantled one, strip the heavy motor, regulator and glass out along with the wiring and switch setups, then i'd weld the glass opening smooth with sheet meta and replace the inner service panel with a daimond plate aluminum peice to match the rest of the interior.. removing the guts will shave off around 90-100lbs on that old heavy tailgate...
