It sure is, when are WE going? I would at least like to wait till I get a few more items taken care of, and let the weather get a little warmer I think we could have a good time.

Tool box install

Well done a little cutting and the wheel well tool boxes are in and are fabed around the roll bar, so I did not have to loose any storage space. Ya kind of redneck but good enough for a crawler.

They are big enough to store a plastic 5 gal "Jerry Can" for fuel in each and still have room for chebby tow straps, tools, spare parts ect...... or ice for Penny's beer, lol.

And I can still bolt in the original bench back seat and the 35" spare. They only stick up above the bed side by 3 " and off the back by like 5", but not past the rear bumper.

I had to notch the box around the roll bar and then re-weld the notch back in. And cut the lid just behind the bar so it still works, to hold my stuff in when I am wheeling it.

Had to hard mount the little left over bit of lid to close up the hole, but it works. Also had to cut around the drivers side rear tank filler neck plate, that was some geometry...

Dang shop elves will not put up the tools lol.

Yea some black rattle can some day when I am done welding and tweaking them.

It is always something, I would like to bed liner the whole interior........

Still have to drop the rear tank and get it all cleaned out and fix some wiring and install a cassette player (remember those tape things)? No skip guarantee unlike a cd.

Install 2 rear hood pins, finish the exhaust, replace a head light and and and......

I don't think that counts as getting him back, Ches, because we all know you wouldn't care what color it was just as long as you could wheel it.

Now getting the women together to paint it bubble-gum pink with red hearts all over it...

Thanks Ches for "getting my back" sounds like I need the help everyone else wants it pink with hearts. I would wheel it any color, but I like the weathered, used, faded,
worn out red!
