Ok front half of exhaust is done, headers have pipe clamped on and it is all inside the frame and tucked up real close and outa harms way, also routed inside the xfer case skid plate.

Maybe mufflers tomorrow, but now sounds like I need header gaskets........

Tread plate over lay of front half interior is done, and built a storage compartment under the pass seat, jump cables/pistol ect....

Mustang bucket seats are hard mounted with sliders, so Penny can reach the pedals, lol. Swapping the helicopter seat belts from ol Red and maybe the carb?

Working the title issue with the PPO, and found out for sure it has a rear spool and front locker with 5.13 gearing in both axles, and a 302 not a 289.

Took it for a little off road drive and Penny got smacked with a little limb, I told her to lean my way, women........ continuing to wrench on it.

I hope you have thought about heat shielding wit hthe exhaust that close to the floor.
My headers and mufflers are right under the floor, and it gets HOT.
I will be putting Lizard Skin in when I get that far into it all.
Also I'd forget about putting anything valuable in the under seat storage. Everything that is in mine has either molded or siezed up from being in ther wit hthe weather and mud etc.
I have to take my expensive snach block apart and try to grease it and get the other crap off it, and my winch remote needs to be rewired.
Just some thoughts to consider.

It only gets close in the back where I am not at, but I will keep that in mind and might some heat shield material. The seat storage is only when I am out wheeling in it.

Thanks for the advice, I will keep it all in mind.

Ok got the dvrs side header gasket replaced and fixed a header/bellhousing clearance problem, it was hitting and would not let it clamp up properly.

I have some sheet metal issues (dents&rust) to address on the pass side inner fender well, going to pull it off fix it and while its off replace pass side header gasket.

I think it would be a PITA with it on. I transferred the helo belts from ol Red, alot better than that RCI ruff stuff I just got to put in it.

And pulled a big ol nail outa the L/H rear tire, going to plug patch it, one thing after another.......

Actually it is my X bro-inlaw, Unk Bob calls him the "patch-master" after he patched Unk Bob's tire. When he ran a stob in the sidewall, while we were 4 wheeling around the property up here.

Well got the inner fenderwell repaired/straightened out and back on, pics are with it still off duh, and here are the seats hard mounted.

Cut a access panel on the pass side to get to the headers and plugs, makes life alot easier.

I have no idea who comes in my shop at night a messes it all up, I swear it is normally alot cleaner, lol.

Must be Penny working on something, even more lol.

I have a 30x40 but the enclosed part is 30x20, enough for one vehicle and ALOT of tools and a full work bench along the one end and back wall.

I have a 10x10 storage in the back middle bay (4 wheelers and 220 welder/compressor) and my 24x6 lifting beam is in the last bay.

The back side has a 12x40 half enclosed lean-to on the back. I have added/relocated a few car ports since some of these pics, and the beam in the end bay.

It was the first thing I did when I bought the place, got to have the man cave! Amish built the pole barn part in 2 1/2 days, Penny and I finished the rest out ourselves.

I also have graveled alot of it also and want to concrete the end bays and a pad/ramp
into the garage part someday. I wish I would of went with a 60x80 like I was going to originally, but it works for a tinkerer.

What ya got?

These are a few of my carhole 30x35 meant to be jsut parking when builtfor my wife's aunt in 1992.

The 34 Chevy three window mold is hanging from the ceiling above the Triumph GT6 in the spot to the left of the double doors.

My wife must've removed the pics with cars and the mold in them. The room through the doors is my makeshift paint booth with filtered air in and out.

I am liking all that wall space, so that's what a counter top looks like, and a Lincoln wire feed with gas to boot?

I have a 30x30 fenced lot with all my outdoor parts there. All on pallets, doors, fenders, drive shafts, axles, springs, bumpers. Cab, front clips, hoods, lift kit stuff, and a whole lot more.

Makes it nice when I am doing a project, I just go to the "lot" and get what ever I need. That was where I have your extra springs at and then some. The maroon truck has parts/stuff piled up in the cab also.

Penny says as long as its on the other side of the fence, its all good.
