Broke lower part of lift pump inside the hole also broke the plunger too

I assume the bottom part of the lift pump is stuck in the block and the plunger is dangling there? Those are easy to break, because the pumps are hard to come out and most people yank them side to side; they have to be pulled straight up. The plunger rides on the cam lobe. If you rotate the engine by the alternator pulley you may be able to get the cam lobe to push the plunger up so you can grab the stem and pull the stuck piece out.
