99 blower not working

Its my brothers 99 f-250 xl 7.3 4x4 cc lwb auto with 167k miles has Hypertech. His blower fan just stoped and will not work, there is not power to the motor. the fuses are good have checked all of them in side and under the hood. the relay has power but the switch side of it dose not get power. I have changed out the relay with a good one and no help. the only thing that i have not gotten out is the switch out of the dash. are there some othere relays or fuses to look for?

that should help, i have lost all of my schematics until they fix my computer.

mine worked on high only found a bad resistor and a bad connector very corr and rusty just put in new pig tail and resistor today all is well agian.
i have an early 99 as well wes

all of the connectors are clean, we keep our truck out of the mud all we can and there ant no salt on the roads down here. where is the resistor located dont think it is it because it wont work at all and the last truck the i burned out in only worked on high like yours.
