???? 6.0 puking

800 miles each way - 300 miles into my trip check engine light comes on
and im puking only a few weeks after just having warranty work - EGR Cooler..
Made it home luckily and used maybe a half a gallon of water in 1600 miles...
Intermittently at fuel stops..I i know my 2006 F350 has a head gasket blown

My question.......I will want the dealer to warranty the job but I do want ARP head bolts installed
as I am not interested in doing the job half ***...Will most dealers do this work
or will I get resistance...... ? Ill be happy to buy the hardware ...

My 2006 truck only has 25000 miles and I am planning on keeping her a long while
as she is in brand new condition and has been great up till this issue......

Second question even if the heads are sealed will the EGR system still be an issue
my "Tech" guy said I need to get an EGR block off and that a 6.0 w ARPS and EGR Block
is a strong engine with these Mods....

CEL or wrench light, and WHY was your EGR cooler replaced? Did they also replace your oil cooler, which is typically why the EGR cooler fails. Your truck has so few miles for an EGR and/or oil cooler failure I'm just curious as to why? Are you running a tuner and were you towing?

The dealer will NOT be able to delete the EGR in any form or fashion. It's a MAJOR federal law violation for them to alter emissions equipment in any form or fashion and a correctly operating EGR system shouldn't be an issue.

Oil Cooler and EGR was replaced because it was puking and I was lucky to have found it before it got really bad
and I tow a 40' Race trailer....No tuners...........The engine light looked like an Engine,not a wrench (CEL?)
The engine runs great,I would have never known I had an issue if I didnt open the hood and see puke

What is the coolant level in the bottle? 3/8" to 1/2" below the minimum line on the bottle should be MAX coolant level cold. If it's over that then it could easily be puking for no mechanical reason other than it's overfull.
