Need help!

Ok so I have a 2005 f250 6.0L. It is fully bulletproofed with ARP head studs. I am running a sct anarchy on street tune. My problem is that sometimes it is "puking" coolant from the degas bottle but only a drop every now and then around the cap; it drives fine, no trouble codes, the engine and trans temp is fine and it's not blowing white smoke it still blows black smoke, and there is no coolant smell just straight diesel. Any ideas of what might be causing it to puke a drop of coolant every now and then?

the leval of coolant maybe

your tune sounds Hot what psi does it boost at

A Degass Bottle Pressure test would rule any concerns in or out don't want any PSI above 12
8-12psi would be considered normal do the test from a full cold soak to Hot 190+ with the Hammmer down

Turbo psi is boosting right around 21-23

Maybe bad cap on the bottle....how old is the cap?

The cap has been replaced about a month ago

But its Tune so is this off mechanical gauge

and I agree a cap is cheap start

hard to say what the tune really changes ask the tune supplier

Check the leval I keep mine Lower Mark really just a touch under tons of trucks puke from to high leval

are you having to add coolant

then degass PSI test is best bet
