1994 powerstroke

Everyone keeps talking about the sensor or something being plugged in there by the turbo or on the turbo that allows the truck to warm up faster, Well i would like to unplug this cause really i never sit around long enough to warm it up.. Plus by driving it warms up faster anyway,, Well what my biggest concern is my black top driveway,, if i take off on it and realize i have no power and there is snow on it , i could be in big trouble,, There is times if i get in it i might let it idle for a minute then take off ,, then it wont hardle go anywhere . i can give it gas and it wont go any faster till you get down maybe a block and you can feel it just take off,, alot of people unplug this, can someone let me know were this is located??

It is located on the drivers side behind the turbo. Its the only wire running back there. Just unplug it and all will be fine unless your ebpv is stuck closed. It doesn't sound like it though because you say within a block it will start taking off.
