Got one from local wrecking yard for $100 (no cracks and some tiny warpage). Took it down to the machine shop and they are gonna bolt the new Dorman exhaust manifold to it and plane 'em flat. Gonna order that Remflex 3005 gasket as it's a flat one-piece... at the machinist's advise. Things are looking up

I went with Clifford's Double Dual Webers on my 262 I6 and absolutely love the setup.

I used a Offenhauser dual port manifold on my 300 I6.

The dual port manifold has a unique set up that helps maintain drivability and torque on your engine.

The carburetor primaries flow in separate smaller runners from the secondaries.
The small primary runners keep the velocity of the air/fuel charge high and maintain your street driving manners.
When you step on it, the secondaries open and flow through their own set of larger runners. They are located on the top of the manifold where they see less engine heat and have a denser charge.

I’m looking at putting the single kit on a 61 f600. What did you do about brake booster line?

Welcome to FTE!
The person you're asking the question to hasn't been on here for almost a year, maybe he will respond, if not start a new thread. Somebody will know the answer.
Maybe try the I6 forum. Ford Inline Six, 200, 250, 4.9L / 300 - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums (ford-trucks.com)

X2 on the Offenhauser, I've had this on 3 of my trucks, paired with a Holley 390 cfm, my last one on my 79 F250/4x4/NP435/4.10's and 33's got 18mpg driving from CA to MO, great all around drivability and when you floor it... it goes!

I know this is old... Just wanted to give my endorsement to the Remflex gaskets. tried three different brands of header gaskets on my 352 in six months before I found Remflex. They have been on for a couple of years now with no leaks. Excellent product!
