multidisk cd

multidisk cd
I have a 1997 f150 with factory multidisk cd installed. Can anyone tell me how to remove it,and do I need to get the whole unit out to get the cd's out of it ? Tried to press eject button as i tapped on the unit ,also pushed in on it and then tried eject ,nothing!!! It's located behind drivers seat next to rear seat in supercab sidewall.
