esof nv273 transfer case swap to nv271, help please (some pictures inside)
im not new to this forum but im not writing too much
i used to search in this thread always when i get stock with my truck
i had some problems, (alhamdo lellah) i fixed it
my transmission (zf s-47) was serviced 2 months ago, after the installation i figured that the tranfer case duesnt work (nv273).
i checked the dtc devise and it showed that the transfer case motor is damaged, bought a new one recently (240$)
the problem is the motor didnt work !!
in fact the main problem was from the connector
some times when i push it strongly the high range works, but low range duesnt ! after a while when driving by the truck it returns to failure, need more push
here is the new motor
even after putting some holders on the connector the low range dodnt work
some wire where cutted so i fixed it as you see in the right area of pic
after alllll these problems i decided to swap the electronic motor by manual sticks
06silvercrew did it, i sent a massege but he didnt answer me
ESOF to manual conversion
im pretty sure it is suitable, but inneeded some help
i know my language is too bad but at least im learning
my sweet truck
