Supertech dino oil
Super Tech 5w-30
Moly 55
Phospherous 1122
Zinc 1090
Calcium 1934
Flash point 405 F
Considering the low cost of the product, this is not bad. For a comparison, here are some others.
Valvoline 5w-30 All Climate
Calcium 1549
Phos. 699
Zinc 811
Flash point 425 F
There is not much here in this particular line of Valvoline. I wouldn't use it. Valvoline does make some good products- this is one I would avoid. Valvolines Premium Blue is a quality product that I would recommend.
Castrol GTX 5w-30
Moly 53
Boron 2
Calcium 1720
Phos. 716
Zinc 801
Flashpoint 440
While Castrol has not been one of my favorites, this is a pretty decent package. Of the three listed here, this would be my choice. However, if I were to have Walmart change my oil, I would be having them put Chevron Supreme 10w-30 in the motor. It is made from group III stocks which are the same as the base stock for Castrols Syntec. Legally, they are considered synthetics but are in fact mineral oils. The Chevron is $1.08 qt at Walmart last time I looked. Also, you may want to check out oil filters in this section on the "best oil filter page 4". Took me awhile to develop all the info. If you change your oil without fail every 3500 miles, the Super Tech is not a bad choice but for a little more money you can get a quality product.
