I hope you realize I was being a little facetious. You just seem to complain about the truck a lot in your posts. My experience with the steering on these trucks is it's the best I've driven to date. Is it possible that there is an issue with yours?

Please entertain me with me "liking to complain a lot in posts". I know you were attempting to be facetious but anyone can gripe about a post and put a laughing emoticon at the end to play it cool. No it's not my truck. If you were going through my 200 plus posts of gripes and moans you surely would have seen my post moaning that the other trucks on the lot had the same issue. Ford sent me a letter after I mailed them about the issue stating they are looking into it. But maybe I should just settle for a 55k sub par truck?

I'm new with this diesel motor. Have had it since May 2010. I ease into the throttle and the truck takes off. If I'm doing, say, 25mph and pin it, you are definitely going to be set back in your seat. Whats this turbo lag? As for my steering, this is the tightest steering in a truck that I have ever owned.

Having to wait to hit the throttle is crazy. The steering is the slight bouncing you feel when wiggling it or whenever you go over a rough road section etc it is easily noticed. That is if you are not use to having it there. There is a little slop. Neither are deal killers but the slop can be an easy fix by Ford I can imagine. Not that I want to race light to light but the lag or pause is even more evident when taking it easy. Which is the way I drive 99% of the time. Why the lag/pause then. It doesn't make sense. That is why I call it lag. There is no reason for it.
