This is my new truck and I'm excited and wanna show it off a lil Actually I was thinking about buying new coil springs for the front, how much lift could I go without having to buy the drop brakets?
Lift the front no more than about 2" without either having to use the drop brackets and/or change C-bushings. Any more lift without correcting for changes in caster and you will just eat front tires in a hurry. 2" should actually level the truck off with it empty. Ford trucks ride high in the rear because Ford assumes its customers are going to load their trucks with something and once loaded, the truck would ride more level. However, if not, then 1.5-2" of lift up front should level it off.
Thanks encho, I agree. and greystreak, that's about high I was thinking, bronco graveyard sells the 1-2" lift springs for cheap. If I don't do that I'm gonna try to get a 4" sus lift :]

If you do go for the 4" suspension lift, keep the point about the "higher in the back" in mind. I asked specifically about that when I was researching lift kits because I wanted to end up with a truck that appeared to ride level when I was finished with all that work. I found that Tuff Country and one other lift manufacturer were taking that point into consideration at the time. I don't remember the other lift manufacturer because I went with the Tuff Country kit.
I'd like it to sit bulldog(where the rear end sits lower than the front) but I don't know if any lift manufacturer has kept that in mind.
You can always add a leveling kit in addition to the longer front coils if you really want that look. I think Energy Suspension still makes a 1.5" leveling kit that consists of a pair of polyurethane discs and a pair of short stub extensions for bolt that holds the bottom spring collar down. This puts the disc below the spring against the top of the axle.
