random quetion

does anyone happen to know if a 97 f150 top steering column cover will fit in the 92-96 f150 (i'm guessing it wont)

im looking to install a vacuum gauge to help me in my milage a little bit

and all i can find in the way of column mounting gauge pods is for a 97 and up

i think only if its like my truck, 97 f250 hd or 350 (old body style)

yeah i figured that but all i see is for 97-01 and then newer for the f150

i know someone had made a column cover for the 92-96 style. If I recall right I saw pictures of it in the 7.3L diesel forum sometime ago. You may check around there. A lot of the guys like to keep their boost gauge on the steering column

I don't think the newer one will fit. I got a new one from NPD or LMC a while back because I used to have a tach mounted there and didn't want the hole any longer. Before I bought the new one, I tried one from an Explorer and it didn't look like it would fit.

i already have a tach there and im planning to get a full length triple pillar in the near future to house the oil pressure, temp, and voltage gauge when i redo my gauge cluster

Really? i didnt even know they made those

is it for those little tiny gauges or for the 2 1/16 gauges?
