I know both those places will rent tools out down here and will scan codes for free when the vehicle is at their store but I have never tried to rent their OBD scanner's though.
Does your Bully Dog give you code explanations or just the numbers. I am on 24 hour duty until 0900 so I am bored as hell and will start looking them up if you need the explanations.
Some of the Techs may know the explanations off of the top of their heads, but I don't think any of them are burning the midnight oil tonight.
I was just reading some of the other forums and noticed that the codes P0603 P1000 and the Bully dog system seem to go hand in hand. If you do a google search with "bully dog P0603" you will find other problems with no starts and rough running trucks that all seem to relate to the bully dog corrupting files as NPCCPartsman stated in another thread. After reading some of the posts on other forums I would lean towards his suggestion of getting it reflashed to stock and it would probably solve your problem.
I saw this in another thread: You might check under the airfilter for wire chaffing. You could have a harness problem there causing CMP/CKP sensor issues which would cause a no start. Did you ever get a scanner to check for codes?
I had a similar issue with my 04 that I never found the cause of. I walked out one morning and it just wouldn't start for no apparent reason. I spent the day going through harnesses looking for chaffing, bad connections, etc. Checked the PCM/TCM connections, rewrapped/overhauled the FICM harness, EVERYTHING I could find with no apparent issues. Plugged it all back in and reassembled everything and the truck fired right up. I never did find the issue and have had no problem since (knock on wood). I know this doesn't really help, but similar experience.
Classic electrical / connector problem.
Or, a glitch that was fixed by the power down / system reset you did along the way.
Di you check out the youtube video that I posted? Do yours sound like that when it didnt start?

when I called BullyDog they told me those were codes that there system caused to happen and they are fine. I promise if I get new software from ford and it corrects it I will be going to the main office!!!! LOL
What if I try to put a different programmer on it??? Could that fix it?
Im not familiar with the bully dog, is it a programmer or a inline module? start with basics, the truck needs to be flashed back to stock or the module removed, and I always disable any aftermarket alarm/remote starts before going any further with the diag.
