Stock Intake

I have been looking at the local yards for the Forward attachment to a stock intake (cool air to Intake Box) and have had no luck (Gassers Only!!). Does anyone thats done the 6637 Kit still have one of these lying around or know the P/N to order a new one?
Thanks,

I kept the main box, but its a piece of crap.

The stock filter doesn't allow enough air flow, even on a stock system.

With our intake system, we don't have to worry much about cold air intakes. it doesn't improve anything for us.
The air in the engine bay is plenty cold.

I upgraded to the S&B a while back and the Kit says to reinstalll the Stock extension. Problem is there was never one to begin with. Isn't the Cold Intake a waste if it is pulling from the "hot" air in the engine bay?
Thanks,

There is no hot air in there unless the truck is sitting still and idling.

We have an Air Intake Sensor on our trucks by the filter over there on the fender.
With my scan gauge I can read the temperature that it is reading.
Its always within 1 or 2 degrees above or below the actual outside temperature.
Unless of course the truck has sat in one spot for 10 mins idling, then it goes up maybe 5 degrees above. The fan pushes so much air in our trucks it keeps it plenty cool in there.

Our trucks are HUGE air catchers. In the newer trucks the hood is just packed, but we still have lots of room in there to gather air.
I'd not sweat it at all.

Cold air boxes most of the time just restrict flow to the filter. Since we have a forced intake system, we want as much air as possible to get to the filter. Using a box and a snorkel just limits the amount of air that can travel to the filter.

Take the air filter off and put your hand over the intake while the truck is idling.
Thats with the motor not really pulling any air at all.
Think of how much air its pulling when you are running just 5 or 10 lbs of boost?
