08 Mystery Shutter???

08 Mystery Shutter???
About once every 500-1000 miles my truck gets a shutter. It actually feels like about half my cylinders are firing and i can feel it most through the pedal. Doesnt throw any codes, nor does the tach seem to indicate a loss of rpm. Ive tried to look at my chip display to see if its stuck between gears but have yet to see anything come from that. It has done it a varying speeds(although most often at 40-60) as you begin to accelerate. If you let off of the gas and get back into it, it may or may not stop. I do have an Edge Programmer and i have my truck set on the 2nd setting. Im sure the dealership will say thats the issue, however im not so sure. Anybody have any suggestions/ideas? Thanks!
