SCT X3 Tuner
Ordered a SCT X3 Tuner this evening from Torrie @ Fast Parts Network - Home He answered every e-mail promptly and was very helpful. Now hopefully I will be able to get some power back, firm up the transmission, and correct the speedometer. Well I guess I'll have to wait and see...

awesome and congrats, but there was only 30 days for that month in 1999, probably a type-o LOL anyways my date is 28 Feb 2011

I hope you have a better experince with the the SCT tuner than I did.
I ended up getting a refund for mine.
Tuner would never load and when it finally did, the gas milage was horrid (about 5 mpg less) with out any noticeable improvement in performance.
I really thought the SCT x3 was a good tuner, with decent functionality, but from now on (if I get another tuner) it will most likely be an edge product.
It certainly wasn't worth the coin I paid for it, or the custom tunes I paid for as well.
I've had by far better experinces with superchips, diablo and edge products in previous vehicles.
I ended up getting a refund for mine.

does the sct tuner allow tranny shift point adjustment I don't think the edge will... I am so torn as to which one to order with custom tuning and I would imagine both suppliers would add tire size into the custom tune or is that handled by the programmer settings ( I ask this as it doesn't look like sct will do tire size right now ?).I have been doing a lot of searching on all 3 or 4 sites and it sure is a toss up custom tuning.

SCT will do tire size because I gave Torrie @fastpartsnetwork.com my Tire RPM so he will enter that into my custom tunes. That was one of the biggest reason why I got a tuner to begin with..
