I guess if you wanted to make sure you had the right ones you could order from LMC truck, dennis carpenter or the likes.
I've used hardware store carriage bolts before though, I guess maybe the head wasn't exactly right on them, but i've never done a truck project to concours level. I build em and use em pretty hard so I guess it didn't matter too much to me.
Watch out for that LMC CRAP I personaly talked to some one at LMC when I made a order from them and asked the dude are these bed bolts like the factory with the big heads he said ''yes they are '' so I ordered them when UPS showed up a few days later that was the first thing I looked at and I just had a gut feeling and lo and behold there they were identical to the ----------------ones you can buy at any hardware store in the good old USA so dont waste your hard earned money on LMC's bolts this was about 5 years ago so buyer beware
I cut the 4 sides off a WM shopping cart, put a 13" piece of 4x4 post under the front and laid a few 2x4's longways (front to back). Makes a great cart for moving it around and keeps it up off the ground pretty good too.
Calling all cars....Calling all cars we have located the wally world shopping cart displaced in 1993 from the Walmart Store #1308 @ 7700 W Quincy Ave
