302 removal question

Where is the best place to put a bolt into the back of a 302 motor so it can be lifted out of my truck? the motors from a 71 torino and its connected to a c4 tranny but i want to leave the tranny in if possible

What intake? If steel use a intake bolt on the back on the opposite side od the one in front. If alumn. No fudging clue

Any bolt around the end of the heads will do. Go across the engine with your lift, like drivers side rear/passenger side front, or you can use a carb plate that attaches under the carb to the manifold.

Most any of the 3/8 bolts on the engine will work.

Thanx for the help. My neighbor who's and old mechanic came over and helped, it took just over 2 days but it came out great!
