I just bought a 2007 F350DRW Crew Cab truck with leather trimmed seats that have "Ranch Edition" etched into the back rest of the front seats. I bought the truck from a local Ford dealer and the salesperson sort of insinuated it is a King Ranch. However, nothing on the window sticker states as such nor are there any king ranch emblems, etc. Is there a "ranch edition" as well as a "king ranch edition"? If yes, what are the differences? My window sticker lists preferred pkg 628A but nowhere can I find anything mentioning a ranch edition. Thanks in advance,
Roy
I tried to post picture but page states I cannot add attachments. I read FAQ's and it appears I have to post 25 times before I can use feature. Of course, I'm not that smart on forum's so may be wrong. Help appreciated. ha!

Reason: Update regarding pictures
Post pics. King Ranch seats are raw saddle leather, dark brown color almost deep red. Lariat seats are finished and treated leather with a polyurethane coating.
If it's not on the original window sticker I would say it does not have the package. The seats were likely added by the original owner, it's common to have regular seats replaced with leather.
If you don't have the King Ranch eblems on the truck, I would say it's more then likely not a King Ranch. I can't see why someone would remove King Ranch emblems. I could be wrong here, but for some reason I am thinking the King Ranch in that year had a center console with a floor shifter, rather then a column shifter. Just so you know, the King Ranch is the top of the line model.

You need to host your pics somewhere else, and the use the [img][/img] brachets. You can use photobucket, I use www.imageshack.us . You put the photo address (url) in between those brackets, and your pic will apear. You can also use your photo gallery here. Good luck.
not a king ranch, never heard of a ranch edition either. if you use photobucket you can put a picture up through that site on to the forums here. oh and the super duty has never had a floor shifter in auto form from factory.

Maybe I'm thinking of the F150 with the floor shifter.
Thanks for replies. My truck is definitely not a King Ranch edition. I feel that the front seats are original, to include the "Ranch Edition" label but cannot be sure. As mentioned earlier, it might have been stitched in. I am going to attempt to track down the original owner and see what he has to say. By the way, you can see the seat in the picture by my signature. Thanks to all for the help. Much appreciated. Roy
