Well guys I let the truck idle for about 30 minutes and got no leaks and no loss of coolant.. the weather warmed up too so maybe just the single digits really did the truck in?

I'd say lack of load and work was probably the reason your engine didn't leak today. An idling diesel barely makes enough heat to warm up and open the thermostat. Get it out on the local roads, make it pull a hill or two. Actually bring it up to a good operating temperature. Then check your fluids.

Intake is causing the leak then running down the seam of the head and block making it look like the head gasket :/

The intake/valley pan gasket block off a set of holes in the heads that go into the coolant passage.

As the engine cools off/warms up it is not uncommon for leaks in that area.

Ok well I've get the intake and valley pan off.. right behind cylinder #7 on the intake side the oil is running right behind the head and the block, along that little seam. The head also has some white foamy looking substance and also the coolant passages are red corroded looking. The driver side head is flawless. Any tips?

Where could I find new heads? Or just get them resurface?

Ya ain't gonna find 'new' heads. Best bet is a local machine shop that specializes in rebuilding them. Have them boiled out, magnafluxed (or other crack detection process) valve seats ground, have the valves ground and have it milled. Gotta be careful about the milling though, they shave off too much and your piston interacts in a negative manner with either the valves or the bottom of the head.
E-bay has some usually, after rebuilt, for $325.00
