changing front spring bushings?

Hey guys I'm wondering how much trouble its going to be to change the front leaf spring bushings on my 77 f250? It looks like a fairly simple job but everytime I think something is going to be easy it always turns out to be a royal PITA. So can anyone tell me what im up against and in fact what benefit will new poly bushings give my truck? thanks and have a great holliday!

If the through bolts come out it isn't too bad to change them. The problem one is the upper mount thats attached to the frame with rivets. I'm not sure if anyone makes urethane bushings for that one, I always use a stock one there. You have to cut the rivets and and get it safely mounted in a press to do them.

thanks Mark, I bought a kit from energy suspension and i think it only includes the bushings for the bolts I hope I don't have to replace the rivets
