power seat problems
Has anyone ever had a problem where the buttons dont work on the side of the seat, but when you push the memory buttons on the door it works fine? Just thought i would ask here before I tear into it friday. I seem to get more answers on here then anywhere else including dealers. thanks in advance!

The metal contacts in the switches may be dirty. You'll need to take it out and clean the contact points with a small screwdriver. I had to clean mine out. Previous owner may have spilled drinks and crud built up on it.

while not exactly the same, here are some examples of problems/solutions others have found with power-seat problems (tends to involve failure of seat + adjustable pedals + memory buttons) due to corroded wiring under seat:
