Memory Seat has Alzheimers dementia?

Help! I have the "his&hers" memory seats with a #1 and #2 button on the drivers side, which is supposed to automatically adjust the seats, pedals and mirrors either when the seat button or key fob button is pushed. Worked great for about 2 yrs, but now it "loses" its programming after a few days. Nothing happens when I use the key or buttons on seat. eg program them again, and a few days later they don't work!
Took it to the dealer, they traced the wiring and cleaned up all the contact points...same problem. So what is a next reasonable step? Is there a replaceable module somewhere that holds this info & maybe has bad electronics?
Anyone had this issue and what was done to correct??

My truck is new and once it did that...questioning the wife I found that she had reprogrammed my button by accident. So I'm guessing that both of your buttons are losing their memory...no idea why.
