I'm having this exact problem right now. 1989 F-350 Crew Cab 7.3 IDI Diesel 5 speed Dually. The plastics cracked on mine at the raised area on which the heater attaches. Diesel comes out nice and steady which sucks! Don't think they even sell the plastic part to fix it. Luckily, we have these forums! : )
