I just changed my water pump, thermostat, and bottom and top hose. My heaters work perfectly but when I feel the bottom hose after a good run its still cold even though the top hose is hot. The bottom of the radiator is cold too while the top is hot. What gives
Not that the factory gauges are that accurate, but what temp are you running at?
The factory radiator is big on these, and unless you're really pushing it, they tend to be overkill. As long as your temps are good and its not overheating, don't worry about it.

The temp gauge is sitting where it always does. No overheating........Weird!
Thats the point of a heat exchanger Yours is working hot fluid comes in the top and after the heat is removed cooler fluid exits from the bottom hose. Sounds like its working fine to me.
