Yes, the offset is about 1.5" different so most run 2" wheel spacers. When you take into account the cost of spacers and that they are a weak point though, I would just get new wheels with the correct offset.
I had a 2004 f250 and I put 2006 20" OEM ford wheels on. Had no problem with them the entire time I had the truck. one point, the spacers I used had a raised centering ring to eleminate any wheel movement . Even without this type of spacer, because the spaccers have there own studs, they still won't move. I feel you will be fine. I'm with you, I really like the

"Hub centric" is the term you need to look for in spacers and is what Big Yeller is referring to with the raised ring. Stay away from "Lug centric" spacers they can be vary dangerous because they allow the wheel to move slightly wearing down the rim and allowing the lug nuts to become loose then fall off. Get some good quality steel spacers with the studs attached, and stay away from aluminium. You do not want to cheap out in this area.
