Wheel Spacers

Hey guys I just recently purchased 4 wheel spacers, I've done my research and bought quality ones. The main reason I bought 1.5" spacers is because my front tires rub my leafs at full turn. I installed my front spacers and obviously had to cut off about a quarter of an inch, installed rims/tires and everything was good once torqued. I went to the rear studs, dry fitted my spacers on and discovered that my OEM studs stick out almost an inch passed the spacers which means I'd have to cut that much off. If I plan to leave my spacers on, do you think it would be a problem cutting that much? I don't do any towing and rarely have a heavy load if it matters. I do not want to replace studs. Thanks, Doug

I don't see any problem. I guess the studs are just longer than the fronts. Or just don't run the rear spacers until you are ready to cut them. The problem would be if you ever didn't want them.
