How do you take a door panel off?

How do you take a door panel off?
I have to change the outside mirror on a 99' F250 Super Cab and connect the wires. I think theirs clips holding the panel on, not sure. Where are these clips located, if it is clips? Need help on this. Thanks

Pop off the plastic cover opposite the mirror, all the bolts are accessible there. I don't have power mirrors, but if the plug is down behind the door panel then you pry up the part with the door switches (pry up at the narrow bit at the front), disconnect them, then undo 2 screws - one that you'll see after taking that switch panel off, and one behind the light in the door. After that you just pull the panel up a little and off.
