dana 35 problems
i need to change the whole right side axle shaft on my 91 ranger 4x4. i got the axle gutted down to the differential pretty much but i need to get the differential out to change the right side shaft. the problem is the pinch bolt on the left side of the diff. does the bolt need to be all the way out or just loosened to get the diff out?

i have the differential still on the axle housing. i looked at it and i've already started taking the axle housings off the truck. the right side had to come off anyway because the radius arm bushings are shot so it's really not a big deal. going to change all the bushings while everything is this far apart, along with that bad axleshaft
