Judging from all the symptoms I think you have a large vacuum leak. Most likely the large PCV elbow at the rear of the intake manifold is cracked.
If the elbow suggestion doesn't pan out for you, you could just have a misfire going on. But it could also be due to any one of these:
Fuel System
* Excessive fuel pressure
* Leaking or dirty fuel injectors
* Leaking fuel pressure regulator
* Low fuel pressure or running out of fuel
* Vapor recovery system
Induction System
* Air leaks after the MAF
* Vacuum leaks
* PCV system
* Improperly seated dipstick or oil fill cap
EGR System
* Leaking EGR gasket
* Stuck EGR valve
General Engine
* Oil overfilled
* Cam timing
* Cylinder compression
* Exhaust leaks before or near the O2 sensor(s)
I have to say thanks alot just found the air leak and it is the large pcv elbow at the rear of the intake manifold.. Thanks again know get back there to get it off
It seems like someone has posted they found it in the help parts section at an auto parts store. Otherwise Ford will sell you the whole thing, there is more than one type used so you would need to know which one you have.
