c6 transmission switch

c6 transmission switch
I have a truck c6 transmission in my '68 mustang. I am looking for the correct neutral switch that will fit for a floor shifter. none that I have tried line up with the mounting holes. There are no #s on the trans for referance. Any Ideas? thanks, Dan

Dan, Bill our parts number man sez there is no truck/car tranny just different tail shafts. I can not advise for location for floor shift.
You do know that you don't have to have one in place. I didn't use one one when I swapped a C6 into my truck. The only thing the switch does is restrict starting to park & neutral shift positions.
My truck will start regardless of where the shifter is located. No one drives the truck but me so it is not an issue.
