lift kit

i am looking at the 4 in rough country lift for my f150 extended cab short box 4x4. my question are will 4 in be enough to clear 33's and i am mounting rims from my older truck which would be 15 in and from what i can tell with a 1.5 in spacer they should fit over the brake drum and calipers. the original rims on the truck are 17's.

2 things you should know. 1, you can fit 33s stock. and 2, you cannot put 15 inch rims on these trucks. the brakes are too big. besides, the bolt pattern is different from 97 on.
