Truck died again

On my way to school today my truck was missing really bad, blowing blueish smoke out of the stacks and would eventually stall. After it would stall it would not restart unless i turned the key off and one a few times. I'm figuring there is definantly something electrical wrong. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

This is the whole point of the No Start thread I was trying to get everyone to participate with.
Which keeps failing.

What do we need to do to get this going....
I would think a systematic Go /No Go checklist to start with for the O.P. so we are all on the same sheet music and minimize time time and energy duplicating things.

...No diagnostic tools available
...some diagnostic tools available
...got it all and it's a total head-Scratcher

...No Start Cold
...No Start Hot
Would be nice, as I sure see a butt-load of no starts here.
